There are no costs for our guardian services, in fact with the right property we can pay you a contribution from the guardian license fees we receive.

A basic system for a small site starts at £300 per month (think of a small residential house) through to around £1400 for a large system (for example a vacant secondary school with multiple buildings). 
 
Costs include:
  • Hire of equipment SIM cards and data usage for the system
  • Commissioning and monitoring of the system 
  • Monitoring of the system 
  • Account management of any incidents

Secured by SEG with a high level of security, through a a complex asbestos removal project, then through demolition and as a cleared 20-acre site with fencing, motion-activated camera alarms, and rapid response, preventing intrusion to the site, (with its associated asbestos exposure risk), and to prevent metal theft and vandalism. The site is now on the open market as a potential housing development opportunity.

A long term management project of a 200 acre property in the South of England, complete with over 20 large residential properties, commercial buildings and open land, during the part-demolition and sale in separate lots, over a period of 5 years. We used fencing to secure the perimeter, advanced camera systems, 24-hour onsite security, and live-in guardians all working together. Our combined bespoke security approach saved over half a million pounds against the traditional cost of manned guards, cutting costs by 75% ,while keeping the site fully secure, during the 5 years of the project.

SEG Converted a vacant children’s residential centre, into a compliant 22-room HMO for live-in guardians, safeguarding the property long term, maintaining its condition, and generating over £50000 annual revenue during vacancy for the owners.
